Zeemora is an online watch brand serving customers across Pakistan. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Zeemora, and “you” means anyone using our website or buying from our store.
Using Our Website
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order
- Please provide accurate name, phone and delivery details so your watch reaches you without delays
- Don’t misuse the site, attempt to hack it, or place fake or fraudulent orders
- We may suspend accounts or cancel orders if we suspect misuse
Products and Descriptions
We do our best to show our watches accurately, but a few small differences are normal:
- Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life
- Sizes such as case diameter, strap length and thickness are approximate
- Photos and videos are for reference, and minor variations in dial finish or strap texture can occur
- Water resistance ratings are for everyday splashes and rain unless the product page states otherwise. Please don’t swim, shower or wear a watch in a sauna unless it is explicitly rated for it.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice
- The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay
- We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment, as shown at checkout
- If we spot a clear pricing error, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund
Placing and Confirming Orders
Your order is confirmed only after our team verifies it by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if:
- We can’t reach you after reasonable attempts
- The item is out of stock
- The delivery details are incomplete or incorrect
- We suspect fraud
If you’ve already paid online, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Warranty
Where a watch includes a warranty, it covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage from drops, impact, water exposure beyond the rated limit, or misuse
- Scratches, wear on straps, or battery replacement after normal use
- Repairs or opening of the watch by anyone other than an approved technician
Please keep your order number and warranty card safe, as we may ask for them when you make a claim.
Authenticity and Brand Use
All Zeemora watches are sold as described on their product pages. Our logos, designs, photos, videos and website content belong to Zeemora. Please don’t copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.
Reviews and Messages
If you post a review or send us content, you allow us to display it on our store or social media. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to give you a smooth experience, but we can’t be responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product you purchased.
